Welcome to the new Appledore Pilot Gig Club, website.
We are an independent, community based, sports racing club that specialises in sea rowing in traditional Cornish pilot gigs. The North Devon fishing port of Appledore at the mouth of the Taw & Torridge Estuary, Bideford Bay, provides our base and we compete in regattas throughout the South West of England. The club is a proud member of the Cornish Pilot Gig Association.
